Order Modifications & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we understand that minor changes may be required. You may request modifications such as address updates or contact details within a limited time after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, no further changes can be made.

Once an order is picked up by the courier partner or shipped from our facility, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances. No address changes or modifications can be made after dispatch.

International: 7–12 business days

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Refusal to accept a prepaid order after dispatch will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. Such orders are not eligible for refunds once shipped and returned to our warehouse.
