Extremely poor service from the delivery partner.
My product reached the nearest delivery hub four days before the scheduled delivery date (September 2). However, no one contacted me or attempted to call me. Despite this, the status was updated as “Customer Not Available.”
The next day, I tried calling the delivery person six times. They either did not answer the calls or did not provide any proper response. My location is hardly 1 km away from the nearest hub, yet it took four days for the product to finally be delivered.
The delay itself is disappointing, but the lack of communication, false delivery status, and unprofessional behaviour of the delivery partner are even more frustrating.
Very poor experience with the delivery service. I expect the company to look into this issue and take appropriate action to ensure customers do not face such problems again.
